King's Daughters Medical Center Ohio welcomes your comments and suggestions.
Patients will receive a patient satisfaction survey in the mail, usually within two weeks of their experience at KDMC Ohio. The survey is brief but provides us with valuable feedback and information so that we can continue to improve our services and better meet your expectations. We encourage you to complete the survey and return it in the postage-paid envelope provided.
While at KDMC Ohio
Should you have any problems, questions or concerns while you are a patient at KDMC Ohio, we encourage you to discuss these with your nurse or physician. We will do everything possible to correct the problem. If the steps taken do not resolve the issue to your satisfaction, please ask to speak with Diane Walker, director of patient care services, at (740) 991-4424.
After you go Home
Depending upon the reason for your visit with us, a KDMC Ohio team member will contact you within 48 hours of your discharge to check on you and answer any questions you may have. If there is anything at all you don't understand or if you are not recovering in the way you expected, please call your doctor's office immediately or call us at the number provided when you were discharged.
